  • Do not skip Sehri as it will make you feel tired and exhausted throughout the day.
  • Do not eat a very heavy meal to fight hunger. This may lead to indigestion, heartburn and bloating.
  • Do not drink a lot of water at Sehri. This dilutes stomach’s acid content and causes bloating and indigestion.
